RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. That means unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, returned or refunded. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned sale items cannot be refunded or returns. 

Refunds

(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

We only replace or refund items without a return if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an email at thenumbhouse@hotmail.com

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Shipping

We are not responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sending us a track&trace link is obligated, if we do not receive the link we will consider it not shipped. Whether or not the  package reaches us is your responsibility completely. If we do not receive the right and complete information in time we are not obligated to compensate in any form and will consider the issue resolved.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
