Lets say it together... You are fine. or are you

We always say we are fine, we are great we are good. but sometimes, we just aren't, and thats completely fine, thats just okay.

We are all a victim of the social pressures that come with the question "how are you" and we usually say yes, im fine just to avoid a real conversation, and we are here to challange that.
